EXCHANGE & RETURNS

At Baharaan, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every outfit you purchase from us. However, if something isn’t quite right, our easy exchange policy is here to help.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The product has original tags and packaging intact.

The product was not purchased on sale or promotion (sale items are non-exchangeable).

2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Please note, we do not offer exchanges or returns for:

Discounted or sale items

Accessories (e.g. dupattas sold separately)

Customized or altered products

Items damaged due to improper care or misuse

3. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

Once approved, ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service. After inspection, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit within 5–7 working days.

4. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item delivered was incorrect or defective. In case of a wrong or damaged item, Baharaan will cover the return courier charges.

5. Refunds

We currently do not offer cash refunds. If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit that you can use for your next purchase.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.
