At Baharaan, we want your shopping experience to be simple, secure, and worry-free. 
That’s why we offer multiple convenient payment options and maintain strict safety standards to protect your personal information.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options within Pakistan:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.
  • Credit/Debit Card – (Available for select customers; coming soon for all orders.)
  • EasyPaisa / JazzCash – Convenient mobile wallet payments (coming soon).

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Available for all orders.
  • Please have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • If you refuse or cancel a COD order after shipment, future COD privileges may be limited.

3. Bank Transfer & Wallet Payments

  • Once you place your order, our team will share bank or wallet details via WhatsApp or email.
  • After completing the payment, please share a screenshot or receipt for order confirmation.
  • Orders will be processed once payment is verified.

4. Online Payment Security

Your security is our priority.

  • All online payments (when available) will be processed through secure, encrypted gateways to ensure data protection.
  • Baharaan never stores or shares your payment information.

5. Refunds & Store Credits

  • Baharaan currently offers store credit or exchange only, as per our Shipping & Returns Policy.
  • Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or size issues.
  • In case of a damaged or incorrect item, the refund or replacement will be handled promptly.

6. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes (if any).
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

7. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment verification (for prepaid orders).
  • For COD, confirmation may be done through a WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch.
