2. Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes! We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners like TCS, Leopards, and Call Courier. Whether you’re in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or a smaller city — we’ve got you covered.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Our standard delivery time is: 3–7 working days for major cities. Up to 8–10 days for remote areas. During sales or public holidays, deliveries might take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number on the courier’s website to see the latest delivery updates.
6. Can I exchange or return a product?
Yes, we offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery if: The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. You have the original packaging and tags. Please note that sale items are non-exchangeable.

7. What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange right away — at no extra cost.
