SHIPPING POLICY

At Baharaan, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, fast, and reliable — from the moment you place your order to the time your parcel arrives at your doorstep. We proudly deliver nationwide across Pakistan, ensuring your favorite outfits reach you safely and on time.

1. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 working days for most cities across Pakistan.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 8–10 working days, depending on courier coverage.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Note: During sales, seasonal launches, or Eid holidays, delivery may take slightly longer due to high order volumes.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Delivery Fee: PKR 99 on all orders.
  • Free Shipping: on orders above [e.g., PKR 5,000].
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. 

3. Order Processing

Once you place your order:

  1. You’ll receive a confirmation message or email with your order details.
  2. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
  3. Once dispatched, you’ll get a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your parcel’s journey.

4. Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier services across Pakistan, including:
TCS, Leopards, Call Courier, and M&P. These partners help us ensure timely and safe deliveries in all major cities and towns.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience. Please make sure to have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, as courier staff may not carry change.

6. Address Accuracy

To avoid delays, please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and city details are correct when placing your order. Baharaan is not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries caused by incorrect information.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan.
We’re working on bringing Baharaan to international customers soon — stay tuned for updates!

8. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays. If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the expected time, please contact us — we’re happy to help.
